The material on these pages was written when I was a member of OCD, a mountain cycling club. This has now ceased to exist as a separate entity; in 2013 it merged with Audax UK. Former members of OCD contribute articles and other material to Arrivée, the AUK magazine.

The main mountain areas outside Britain I've cycled in are the Alps (French, Italian, Swiss, Austrian), Pyrenees, southern Spain, Corsica, and Greece; I've covered almost the whole of mainland Greece as well as Crete and one or two of the smaller islands.
